Thanks Iris for giving me such insight into what speech writing and presenting can do for us, that is, help us discover who we are and what our forte is. Most everyone goes in just hoping to win and proceed forward, but not winning, one still gains alot, points that you mentioned in our interview. I find writing to be very therapeutic, though, (I have to admit) most of what I write is “junk”. TDK
